Prat Moghe is the General Manager for the Data Compliance division at Netezza (NYSE: NZ), a global leader of data warehousing and analytics appliances. Prat leads the overall business growth of Netezza Mantra product line that offers enterprise data auditing, compliance and protection. Previously Prat was the Founder & CEO of Tizor Systems, a startup acquired by Netezza. Prat is an acknowledged thought leader in the compliance and security industry and is widely quoted on identity theft and emerging security trends. He is also the author of the security industry's first data auditing blog. He has a strong technical background in networking, security, and systems management, starting at Bell Labs Research. Prat has several patents pending or granted, and received PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. Prat is a TiE Charter Member and is active in mentoring other entrepreneurs.
